Psychological Evaluations
Immigration Evaluations
As a former immigration officer with the federal government for over 18 years, I have a wealth of knowledge about the legal and procedural requirements for filing immigration documentation with USCIS. As an officer I consistently adjudicated immigration petitions and applications based on VAWA, extreme hardship, asylum, and T and U visas that required or suggested a psychological assessment to strengthen the case. Now, as a psychology clinician, I am versed in the assessment of individuals for emotional and mental health disorders and disturbances that can affect immigration paperwork.
We will meet one or two times, for up to four hours, where I will ask you a series of questions and allow you to tell your story, so I can properly assess your case. I will write up a professional evaluation for you to submit with your immigration paperwork for an affordable price and in a timely manner. I offer a safe, confidential, judgement-free space, with the understanding that what you do with the emulation may interrupt confidentiality, as you will be submitting it with your paperwork. However, I will do my best to maintain and keep your information on a need to know level, only distributed with your informed consent.
If you need a written psychological evaluation for your immigration paperwork, please contact me. Cost: $900 flat rate
